About Sarah

I qualified as a personal trainer after coming to exercise late in life — having spent years feeling like I didn't belong in fitness spaces. That experience shapes everything I do. I work 1:1 and in small groups with women who are complete beginners, those who feel nervous, women who've tried before and not quite found their place, and those who want strength without the intimidating gym culture.

"None of what I do is about the way people look. The way you feel — during training and after — is what matters."

I love hearing that clients can turn a mattress, move the garden furniture, carry the shopping without help — real capability, built through training. I'm also qualified in Pre and Post Natal Training, supporting women through active pregnancies and helping them return to strength afterwards. My approach is always flexible and human: I'll meet you where you are.
